Pooches, the bitter cold continued overnight and we woke up once again to a frigid world. After another indoor breakfast of crepes and ham we returned to our hibernation mode yearning for more civil weather.
As is the custom we celebrate Twelfth Night on this day and were quite concerned about our planned Twelfth Night festivities because of the cold weather. We were much relieved when temperatures finally began rising around midday. Starlight began practicing her songs for our pack’s wassailing activity tonight around the poochhood. I roused my manservant to action when it became apparent that the festivities would take place and he began the bittersweet task of taking down the Christmas decorations.
Pooches, on this twelfth and last night of Christmas our pack wishes you Merry Christmas one last time! Our pack plans to watch the movie What You Will tonight upon our return from wassailing. May everyone have an Epiphany tomorrow!
