Drop dead gorgeous day!

Pooches, what a stretch of fine weather we are enjoying!  My manservant completed his walk/run this morning as usual and began wash day duties when he returned.  He grumbled at the thought of reading all day for his academic pursuit as he had planned.  Starlight suggested that he take his books outside to conduct his reading.  It seems he had not thought of doing that and was cheered considerably as he gathered the tomes and headed outside.  Starlight and I napped.

When excursion time rolled around my manservant quickly put away his books and herded Starlight and me to the Hybridmobile.  We enjoyed a merry ride to my manservant’s walk/run park and enjoyed a lengthy excursion on the walk/run trail. We spotted vehicles of the authorities parked on the trail but couldn’t find anyone to ask the nature of their business.  Nothing else of note occurred as we enjoyed the emerging clover and soft, warm breezes.

Instead of heading for his books when we arrived at our den, my manservant headed to the kitchen and, in about an hour, we were at our picnic bench enjoying spaghetti with garlic bread and a wee green salad.  It was quite tasty but left Starlight and me with tomato sauce staining our muzzles!

As soon as my manservant hangs the wash on the line he plans to return to reading.  Starlight and I have decided to enjoy our afternoon naps outside in the back yard!

Sunshine

Sunshine, I love the way this rye grass feels soft and cool under my paws.

Starlight, we need to cross the creek so I can ask the authorities what they are doing to my manservant's walk/run park.

There's no on around. I guess I'll call them when I get back to our den.

Sunshine, let's go practice baseball with the team!

How do you expect us to eat spaghetti without our pooch bowls?

    Theyre beautiful 🙂

I had one fur buddy too but lost him. Read about my love here – https://himadri7.wordpress.com/2017/01/22/my-love-bruno-%E2%9D%A4/

  2. Dogs like Bruno that are a true treasure. Mine are, of course, incredibly wonderful companions but we had one a few years ago that always knew what was needed. If I was sick, she wouldn’t leave my side. If I was playful, she was ready to play. If I was tired, she was in my lap. I think she was my heart wrapped in a ball of fur I still miss her terribly as I’m sure you miss Bruno; but I treasure her memory and the gifts she gave to me.

    Namaskar,

    Sunshine and Starlight
