Cold excursion

Pooches, the cold was with us in full force this morning when we arose.  The continued freezing temperature was accompanied by heavy fog which was accompanied by a wee snow shower that dusted the sides of the carriageways.  My manservant declined a walk/run and, after a wee bit of trying to catch snowflakes on our tongues, we resumed our hibernation.

By midday the temperature finally climbed above freezing and the fog finally dissipated.  My manservant agreed to an excursion.  Hooray!

After the Hybridmobile made stops at a couple of my parks and my manservant declined them because of a strong, icy wind coming off of my Rez, he instructed the Hybridmobile to journey to my peninsula park.  When we arrived the wind was still bone-chilling but we all donned our heavy jackets and enjoyed sniffing the numerous scents my park always contains.  It wasn’t long before thoughts of napping in front of a toasty fire was enough of an incentive to send us back to the Hybridmobile for a chilly afternoon of slumbering.

See you tomorrow on Wordless Wednesday, pooches!

Sunshine

My peninsula park seems to be an odd place for our excursion if we are trying to avoid the cold wind.

Starlight, this is mine. You go find another scent.

Starlight thinks she looks quite dapper in her fleece-lined jacket.

Even though we're freezing at least we have a nice view.

It is afternoon naptime in front of our fireplace. Let's go!
