Back on track…

Pooches, we lost a couple of days of excursions this week due to my wimpy manservant.  He managed to resume his morning walk/run this morning and when he returned I informed him I would take no excuses for not having an excursion today.  My forcefulness seems to have worked because as time for our excursion rolled around my manservant retrieved our winter coats from the closet and we all headed to the Hybridmobile (all the while he was muttering about excursions in the cold).  The wimp.  The weather was quite fine, pooches, as the temperature was a toasty 6°C.  Yes, there was a stiff breeze blowing but nothing to prevent us from staying somewhat warm in our winter coats.

My school park was the location for our excursion and Starlight and I had a jolly time inspecting my newly completed playground, romping about the waterfront, and sniffing various scents found around my park.  My manservant finally grew weary of shivering and we were urged to head back to the Hybridmobile.

We arrived at our den at lunchtime and in a short amount of time my manservant had cooked a monster cheeseburger.  Starlight and I cheered as we marched out to the picnic bench but, after a couple of bites, a gusty cold wind drove us back inside for the remainder of lunch.  What a lunch it was!

Stay warm, pooches!

Sunshine

I'm going to go check my newly completed playground as soon as I finish checking out this scent.

Sunshine, if we pretend we don't see them maybe they'll come closer.

Darn. I think my feather fell off somewhere!

Starlight, if we stay close to each other maybe we won't be so cold.
