Pooches, my manservant returned from his two days of self-imposed ‘off the grid’ time this morning. It was quite chilly in these parts and he donned a warm coat before heading to his walk/run park. Our pack was pretty much a lazy pack this morning and accomplished very little except for relaxation and reading. An early lunch of teriyaki noodles was prepared and we enjoyed lunch in the crisp air at our picnic bench.
My manservant didn’t have much enthusiasm for an excursion today but Starlight and I demanded one because we had missed excursions the past two days. He grudgingly consented and headed to the Hybridmobile. We gaily glided to my old school park. I selected the destination for today because I wanted to inspect the progress on my playground that the authorities are building for me.
Pooches, the weather at my park was delightful and, after inspecting the progress on my playground, we had a grand time sniffing along the shoreline and exchanging pleasantries with the many geese who were visiting my park today. What a fine fall day!
It’s good to be back in touch with the world again, pooches!
