Breakfast in the boot

Pooches, when my manservant returned from his early morning walk/run this morning he announced that, other than a late afternoon visit to our village’s farmers market, he was going to confine himself to our library today and any excursion we had planned had to happen immediately.  Starlight and I wasted no time in scampering out to the Hybridmobile.  The Hybridmobile glided gently down the lane toward my school park, stopping first at a business establishment in order to give my manservant the opportunity to purchase sausage and biscuits for our breakfast!  Woo hoo!

As we disembarked from the Hybridmobile when we arrived at my school park, my manservant suggested that we head out to my multi-use trail and take a wee bit longer of a stroll than we usually have on our excursions.  Starlight and I were both game and we energetically headed toward the trail.  We fairly sauntered down the trail except for frequent stops to investigate scents whenever one was detected!

It was quite the excursion, pooches.  An hour later we tiredly returned to the Hybridmobile and were pleased to remember that breakfast awaited us in the boot!  With tired legs and full bellies we will sleep soundly during naps today.

Sunshine

It is a pleasant morning for a stroll from my school park down my multi-use trail.

Starlight, mind that you don't walk in front of the incoming cyclist.

Sushine! Look at the deer down there!

Scent tracking is a vital part of our daily excursions.

We can't vote here, Starlight. This is not our precinct.

I'll remind you that it is time to clean up the Hybridmobile's boot when we get back to our den.
