Pooches, when my manservant returned from this morning’s walk/run at his walk/run park, the lawn manicuring machine was brought out and he set about going to and fro through our back yard. When the task was finished he headed to our library to continue his work on academic responsibility preparation. In late morning, he suggested that we incorporate our excursion with a trip deep in heart of the concrete jungle to continue his academic responsibility preparation, The Hybridmobile glided us deep into the city and found a parking place with a view. We hopped out and, after a short walk, we greeted my womanservant at her office and told he we were here for a visit while my manservant took care of his responsibilities in a nearby office building.
We had a grand visit while we awaited the return of my manservant. Starlight wanted to open the window and throw paperclips at humans on the sidewalk far below but my womansevant forbade such activity. My manservant finally returned and we bade farewell to my womanservant. Before returning to the Hybridmobile we visited a wee park nearby and had quite a scamper around the park. Oddly, pooches, the scents in the park were few and far between. Starlight and I remain puzzled at the absence of other creatures.
A stop was made at the whole wallet market to acquire lunch on our return to our den. In an effort to counteract the deadly lunch my manservant cooked yesterday, he filled a take-away box with all manner of leafy greens and vegetables. The resulting salad was accompanied by a baked green garbanzo falafel. As we later dined at our picnic bench in the newly manicured back yard, Starlight and I let my manservant have the salad to himself while we stayed with our faithful pooch treats.
It is now afternoon nap time!
