Monday starts on the right foot

Pooches, we’ve finally begun a new week and I’ve put last week behind me hoping this week will be a much better one.  My manservant hurried to his walk/run park early this morning wanting to return to our den as soon as possible to undertake a morning of yard work.  When he returned he headed immediately to his lawn manicuring machine and worked until it was time to journey to his yoga class.

Lunch was prepared as soon as yoga concluded and, when all was ready, we paraded out to our picnic bench and enjoyed barbecue boeuf sandwiches and shoestring potatoes!  Woo hoo!  As we dined we discussed our excursion destination for the day.  No decision could be reached and my manservant finally suggested he take care of a needed market visit and we could face the decision later.  Starlight and I agreed that was a good plan.

When he returned from the market we gathered again and immediately decided that because it was such a pretty day we should head to my overlook park.  The Hybridmobile cheered and was soon gliding us to said park.

It was a spectacular day indeed and we enjoyed a jaunt around the park and a bit of contemplating the deep blue sky.  Pooches, excitement reigned at my overlook when we spied a wee Westie out for a stroll with its manservant!  We hurried over to it and greetings were exchanged.  I welcomed it to my park and invited it to use it anytime!  Pooches, the Westie is 11 years old but doesn’t look a day over 8!

We’re back at our den now and Starlight and I have decided to undertake our afternoon naps in our back yard.  Yea for spring!

The shoestring potatoes are nice but bring out the boeuf!

There is no better way to spend a spring afternoon than contemplating at my overlook park.

Starlight, I'm afraid it isn't going to be very long...

Greetings are exchanged by all when we encounter another Westie at my overlook.
