Foggy frolic

Pooches, it has been another wee bit out of the ordinary day in our pack.  My manservant once again declined a walk/run execution this morning and said that other than running an errand or two and attending his yoga class, he was staying put in our den today.  I inquired about an excursion and he looked outside and said “only if we do it right now.”  I scurried to Starlight’s crate where she was engaged in her morning nap and told her it was excursion time.  Pooches, after her weekend of play in Elvistown with Buttons and Fred she said she thought she would skip today’s excursion.  Well, pooches, you know the rule of pooches:  if an excursion is offered we are obligated to participate!  I gave her “the look” and she finally crawled out of her crate and headed to the Hybridmobile with me, grumbling all the while.

It was quite a foggy morning and the Hybridmobile frequently employed its foghorn as we glided down the lane.  Starlight complained to the Hybridmobile about the raucous noise disturbing her nap but the Hybridmobile only sounded it more frequently!

We were deposited in my very foggy school park where we headed down to the area we presumed was the waterfront.  It was so foggy we decided we’d better stick close together lest one of our pack become separated and lost.

We had a grand time sniffing as we found our way along but finally became worried about relocating the Hybridmobile.  It was touch and go for a while but we finally spotted the Hybridmobile in the carriage parking area and were glad to be reunited!

There was one treat left for us on our morning excursion.  The Hybridmobile (enjoying the rare use of its foghorn) headed up my Trace and took us to my overlook park.  We only stopped briefly because my Rez was not to be found in the thick fog!

We returned to our den and Starlight has been spending the day resting from her busy weekend in Elvistown.  My manservant said he was going to plant himself in our library but lounged about on the Davenport most of the day.  I, of course, napped.

See you tomorrow, pooches!

Sunshine

Sunshine, I think I may have cataracts!

If you look straight down you can see the water.

Starlight, I guess we'd better go see if we can find the Hybridmobile.

I hope the Hybridmobile's foghorn is ready for our trip back to our den.

Sunshine, you can't see your Rez at your overlook either!
