Maggie departs and academic preparation continues

Pooches, our Cousin Maggie left for her den this morning after a nice visit with us for a few days.  Starlight and I bade our farewells to her and immediately headed for our morning naps while my manservant resumed his academic responsibility preparation.  After a trip to the market near lunchtime, my manservant returned with a take-away bowl of chili!  Woo hoo!  He suggested that we eat inside before undertaking our excursion later in the afternoon.  Starlight and I were game and we enjoyed a rare lunch in our dining room.

My manservant finally put away his academic preparation materials and we headed to the Hybridmobile which, apparently in the mood for a change of scenery, ferried us to my park in the corner of my Rez.  It was quite a pretty afternoon and our stroll was begun.

Pooches, we ventured to the far side of said park and explored an area that was unknown to us.  It proved to be an interesting area with unusual equipment and a bevy of smells!  We shall have to revisit the area soon.

Sunshine

It seems odd not to eat lunch on our picnic bench.

This chili hits the spot even though it is a warm day.

I wonder why there's a barge at my park in the corner of my Rez.

Starlight, I'm sure they wouldn't mind us getting on it since it is my park.

You know I don't like walking on piers, Starlight.

Starlight, let’s get off quickly!  You know I don’t like walking on piers.

Sunshine, it smells fishy over here.
