A #coosday excursion

What a change in the weather from yesterday’s all day rain!  Although it started off quite foggy here, the sun soon burned off the fog and it has been a warm day filled with plenty of SUNSHINE!  My manservant made it to his walk/run park quite early and performed his regular walk/run in the fog.

We were hoping for a nice excursion today to make up for the absence of one yesterday.  It wasn’t long after a hearty breakfast that my manservant suggested that we make an early excursion to my overlook.  Woo hoo!!  Starlight and I were a wee bit disappointed that there would not be any lunch accompanying us on our excursion but looked forward to romping about my overlook.

And ROMP we did, pooches!  The authorities had been kind enough to have the grass cut which made for great bounding-around conditions.  For most of the time we had my overlook to ourselves and had a grand time sniffing and playing chase.

After our return to our den we enjoyed pork chops before heading to our favorite afternoon nap locations.

Happy #coosday pooches!  If you know any Highland coos please give them my regards.

Sunshine, it looks like the authorities remembered to mow the grass at your overlook.
