Another wordy Wednesday.

Hey there, pooches!  Sometimes weather prognosticators just can’t get it right!  Early this week it was projected that we would have heavy rain each day this week.  Today is another example of a blown prediction:  sunny and warm.  Oh well, I’d rather have blown forecasts rather than rain all week.

Today was a routine day for our pack.  My manservant headed to his walk/run park while Starlight and I napped.  The remainder of the morning was spent by my manservant performing gardening chores outside.

After a quick visit to the market to obtain supplies for tonight’s dinner, my manservant suggested we have lunch on our picnic bench before boarding the Hybridmobile for an excursion.  Starlight and I were eager to get at our lunch from the market:  fried chicken, rice and gravy, and baby limas.  Woo hoo!!

Lunch was quickly dispensed with and we headed in the Hybridmobile for my pine grove park.  Pooches, it was a pleasant stroll and we loitered for quite a while until the mosquitoes took note of our presence and sent us scurrying back to the Hybridmobile for cover.

Pooches, rain is yet again in the forecast for tomorrow and Friday.  Here’s hoping they continue to miss the mark!

Sunshine

Fried chicken, rice and gravy, and baby limas: umm, umm, good!

Sunshine is caught in mid-chomp.
I am photographed in mid-chomp.
It certainly is a pretty day at my pine grove park.

I'm glad to see the water plants along the shoreline are turning green again after that long, cold winter.

Nose to nose is how it goes.

All in all it has been a nice excursion to my pine grove park.
