Pooches, early this morning Starlight was delivered to her groomer for a new furdo and my manservant headed off to a not-so-nearby village for appointments with his three teeth vets! Neither of them seemed to be happy about their scheduled appointments. I took advantage of their all morning absence to enjoy a bit of solitude.
When my manservant returned he seemed to be quite happy about his vet visits and immediately began working on our Christmas decorations while listening to Hanukkah music on the radio. He soon received a message that Starlight’s appointment at her groomer had concluded and we both hopped in the Hybridmobile to retrieve her and take an excursion on our return. When we picked up Starlight, the Hybridmobile, my manservant, and I all oohed and ahhed over her new furdo. She seemed to be quite pleased as we made our way to my Saturday park.
Pooches, it was a wee bit chilly for a lengthy excursion but it was such a pretty day my manservant bundled up and we scoured my park for new smells since our last visit. There were a number of visitors there enjoying the pretty day as well. Starlight, of course, had to parade by each of them to show off her furdo.
We’ve returned to our den and Starlight and I will be busily decorating our Christmas tree this afternoon. My manservant has departed to the market for produce for tonight’s meal.
Happy Hanukkah in advance, pooches!
