Writing day excursion.

Pooches, my manservant went on his walk/run early this morning in his walk/run park and returned back to our den and said he was devoting the remainder of the day to his writing in the library.

Starlight and I were concerned that our excursion might be in danger but we came up with a plan that we knew would work.  At excursion time, when my manservant was showing no indications of preparing for an excursion, Starlight and I went outside in the green grassy area by the library, taking care to leave the door open so our jolly play in the SUNSHINE could be overheard while the fresh breeze blew in the library.  BINGO, pooches!  It worked like a charm.

We all loaded in the Hybridmobile and my manservant, throwing caution to the wind in terms of his health, requested the Hybridmobile to take us to my Indian mound on my Trace after stopping at a fast food establishment that specializes in roast boeuf sandwiches.  I was delighted, pooches.  It wasn’t long before we were at our destination and enjoyed our lunch in a modified bumpkin-style in the boot of the Hybridmobile.  Our new modification was that we utilized two case of wine (Merlot and Pinot Grigio, pooches) that had been procured on our way to the fast food establishment as our picnic table.

As usual, a stroll ensued and we had quite the time playing on my mound and in the fresh spring grasses.  We’re back at our den now preparing to nap while my manservant returns to his writing.
